Yes it says no refunds, I got it. Ordered a refurbished double brace, and harness to see how it would help. Followed the measuring guidelines on there website for the brace, and there recommendation to order the same size harness. All from there website! Once received, the harness was way to small and the braces and support strap were way to large, weird followed there website directions. After contacting customer service I was told NO REFUNDS! However, when asking about the sizing discrepancy, no reply, except no refund. When asked about it again and explaining there size chart does not work with my very large chested and small hipped boxer, I was once again told no returns or refunds, it's clearly stated! Once again I got that part. In short, I cannot review the product because the size that there site recommends doesn't fit so I am unable to use it. I understand the no refund policy on a product that fits, or I miss ordered, but when the order decision was 100% based on the information they provide for sizing and it doesn't fit, seems pretty suspect especially when the only response is no refund and not a word about the sizing issue??? Purchase at your own risk and the usual buyer beware!
